Quality Control

We, as CSP are committed to provide goods and services that meet or exceed stated regulatory standards and our customer’s requirements while striving to improve our quality system.

All inventories are ordered according to international standards. All wrought material in warehouse can be supplied with full certifications accompanied with chemical, mechanical and physical specification.

All material is analyzed and checked before dispatch. Material is identified in all stages of production, in scrap form, in molten form, in billet form, and in final configuration. Material is carefully tagged with batch numbers and identification numbers as it moves down the production line until the final inspection prior to dispatch.

All material is subject to rigorous chemical and physical tests where chemical composition, micro-structures, tensile & yield strength, elongation, and hardness , U.T. testing, eddy current conductivity, are measured and reported.
